I recently inherited a cedar chest from my Grandmother and although the original wood looked great with a few nicks here and there I wanted to give it a bit of color. In addition to refinishing the chest, Quality First Solutions, LLC fixed a few spots that were missing wood that I didn't even know about! I absolutely LOVE the color and how amazingly smooth it turned out! They really went above and beyond my expectations. Quality First Solutions came highly recommended from a co-worker, and from my initial call for a quote to the final walk through Mike was top notch. He was extremely helpful with the paint selection process as my wife and I were undecided and unsure of what would look best on our house. I was out of town during the painting, but Mike kept me informed with daily updates and photos. He also did a few cosmetic touch ups on a few parts of the house to really bring it back to life. At the end of the project I was expecting to find some spots that needed a touch up, but was unable to find any. Michael did a fantastic job, very meticulous and attention to detail. He was quick to come by to give me a quote. Once I decided I would use Quality First Solutions LLC to paint my home, he dropped off color samples (Sherwin - Williams) so I had plenty of time to think about my colors. Then when he came back we went over the colors for each part of the house. He started the work on the day agreed upon. (pet peeve, I can’t stand when I clear my schedule and then they don’t show up). He pressure washed the house and that made a huge difference he did such a great job. He sealed all the cracks from the house settling throughout the years. He did it all in a timely matter. He was very neat, and cleaned everything up before he left each day. Mike painted our house and garage in a timely manner. He went above and beyond by taking down old lights and putting the new ones up for us. He throughly cleaned the house and removed all dirt and mold prior to painting it. Now our house looks like a brand new home.
